A little kindness does go a long way!

“Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.”. “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”.

Does an act of kindness really matter?

  • Kindness is important because it has a way of touching the human heart as no other action can. This is why even the most adamant heart, under the most stressful conditions, can succumb and be alleviated by a small act of kindness… Kindness is a bridge that connects people from different backgrounds, races, and cultures.

Why is it important to do acts of kindness?

  • – Increases Energy Levels. Acts of kindness release a hormone called serotonin which generates a feeling of calmness and can even boost self-esteem. – Increases Positive Perspectives. Kindness also encourages the release of oxytocin which encourages optimism, lowers blood pressure, and promotes cardiovascular health. – Increases Well-Being. …

What random act of kindness should you do?

  • To help you with Random Acts of Kindness Ideas, there are 4 areas of life where you can take action. Consider being kind towards, Yourself (Yes! This counts).
