What is the secure notarization Act?
- With the SECURE Notarization Act, access to remote online notarization will be expanded for all Americans. Notarize applauds the House of Representatives for passing the SECURE Notarization Act of 2022 ( H.R. 3962 ), paving the way for nationwide access to remote online notarization (RON), and encourages the Senate to follow suit.
