Notary Laws and Best practices

Title: Notary Law & Practice: Cases & Materials

Publisher: National Notary Association

Publication Date: 1997

Book by Michael Closen, Glen-Peter Ahlers, Robert Jarvis, Malcolm Morris, Nancy Spyke

I was impressed by the breadth and depth of this book as well as by the practical examples. I picked up the book used on Amazon but would have gladly paid the full price. I keep it in my bag since it serves as a great reference.

About the author: Glen-Peter Ahlers (1955- ) was born in New York City, graduated high school on Long Island, and grew up in Albuquerque, for which he left New York at age 18. He now resides in Florida, the seventh state he’s called home. A lifelong librarian and educator, Ahlers are currently a Professor of Law at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. He is most proud of his six magnificent children.

If you are serious about being a notary public and want to know the law, this is the book.
